No we do not.  We have communities of home owners.  You can contact the community manager of the community you are interested in for information on homes available for sale.  We do have financing available for our homes.

Each community has different lot rents.  Please contact the community manager for more information.

Water, sewer and garbage are all billed separately.  Each home has it’s own water meter so that you are only billed for what you use.

Our communities are pet friendly.  We allow up to 2 house pets per home.  However, no aggressive breed dogs are allowed.  Pets must be Approved and Registered with the community manager before bringing into the community.
